Ducon has a skilled, professional and energetic team of site and office based employees and subcontractors, to ensure the projects undertaken are well managed and completed successfully and efficiently.

Ducon take the continuing professional development of staff seriously to ensure that each project is approached with an innovative, flexible 'can do' attitude to safely solve the inevitable challenges that each new project brings.

Peter Mason / Managing Director

Peter Mason has always had a passion for building things. Maybe it’s in his blood with his dad and granddad very successful in the building industry, or maybe, as a kid he just could see how things went together like a jigsaw in his head! What might have been disguised as a passion for construction actually turns out to be a passion for creating the best team of people in the building industry.

Peter started his career as an apprentice carpenter and was soon identified as someone with management ability when he was appointed as a foreman before he ‘finished his time.'

Peter has subsequently managed a wide range of projects for major private and institutional clients before joining with founding Ducon and thereafter, managing the on-site operations of the business.
