The works completed for the World Trade Centre office fit out included partition walls, floor finishes and many architectural features such as fittings, fixtures and wall murals. Ducon liaised carefully and closely with the client to complete the project in the tight time frame of only 6 weeks per level.
Ducon employed a very disciplined project time-line. As the project had many alterations and user group changes, communications between parties was paramount to the overall success of the fit out. The project was staged floor-by-floor as the building was fully operational during the works. This meant much coordination with the building owners and management for both the movement of wrokers and the integration of services and other components.
The project solidified Ducon's ability to work coherently and cooperatively with clients and management in order to deliver completion of the works in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ducon successfully completed this multi-million dollar project to, and exceeded the expectations of the clients and all stakeholders involved.
