Human Resources Manager
As Human Resources Manager at Ducon, I oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management, training, remuneration, and employee relations. My focus is on ensuring we have the right people in the right roles, supported by clear processes and a positive working environment that enables them to perform at their best.
With over 12 years of experience, I work closely with leadership and project teams to align our people strategy with the needs of the business. This includes supporting workforce planning, developing team capability, and maintaining strong engagement across all levels of the organisation.
At Ducon, I am passionate about building a culture that values accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring our people feel supported while delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Before moving into HR, I spent nearly 15 years working in high performance sport. Being around people pushing themselves every day to improve taught me a lot about mindset, teamwork and what it really takes to perform at your best, both at work and in everyday life.
