Eduard Kucherenko

As a Senior Project Manager at Ducon, I lead projects from early planning through to completion, with a strong focus on design management and coordination. With over 24 years in the construction industry and a background spanning trade and formal qualifications, including a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management, I bring a well-rounded and practical approach to project delivery.

I am involved from tender through to delivery and handover, working closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design intent, programme, and budget are aligned. A key part of my role is managing design and construct projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring buildability, compliance, and quality are maintained throughout.

My experience across multiple sectors allows me to navigate complex environments with confidence, focusing on clear communication, strong planning, and proactive problem-solving. This ensures risks are managed early and projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with value for money for our clients.
