Rhiannon King

As a Project Manager at Ducon, I work as part of the project delivery team, supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across a range of sectors. With over 12 years in the industry and a Master of Project Management in Property and Construction, I bring a structured and organised approach to managing projects from start to finish.

I work closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to coordinate programme, manage subcontractors, and keep projects aligned with budget and quality expectations. A big part of my role is managing works in live environments, where careful planning, staging, and communication are critical to maintaining operations while construction is underway.

Working across clients including Metro Trains, Northern Health, Victoria Police, and VSBA, I focus on keeping things organised, managing competing priorities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption.
