Small Works Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Ducon, I’m responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, typically fast-paced refurbishments, fitouts, and small capital works across a range of sectors. With over 20 years in the construction industry and a background in carpentry, I bring a practical, hands-on understanding of how projects are built and delivered on site.
I manage multiple projects at once, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everything aligned. A big part of my role is planning, cost control, and managing risk, making sure projects stay on track while maintaining quality and safety.
I hold a Diploma in Building and Construction, along with a Certificate III in Carpentry covering framework, formwork, and finishing. This combination of trade and formal qualifications supports a strong focus on detail, buildability, and delivering outcomes that meet client expectations.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and keeping fit, and I’m a keen tennis player. I’ve also recently started teaching myself piano, which has been a good challenge and something different to focus on outside of work.
