Senior Site Supervisor
As a Site Supervisor at Ducon, I manage the day-to-day operations on site, making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. With close to 20 years in the industry and a background as a qualified carpenter, I bring a strong practical understanding of how to run a site and keep things moving.
I work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and the broader project team to coordinate trades, manage schedules, and ensure everything aligns with drawings and site requirements. A big part of my role is making sure everyone on site is working safely and efficiently, particularly in live environments where planning and communication are critical.
I also hold a Certificate IV in OHS, which supports my focus on maintaining a safe site for all workers, visitors, and clients. I take pride in attention to detail and ensuring the final result is delivered to a high standard.
Outside of work, I enjoy getting out on the water for a bit of fishing when I can. Most of my time though is spent with my two daughters, which is what keeps me busy and grounded outside of work.
