Senior Site Supervisor
As a Senior Site Supervisor at Ducon, I oversee day-to-day site operations, making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. With close to 30 years in the industry and a background as a qualified carpenter, I bring a strong practical understanding of how to run a site and keep things moving.
My role involves coordinating trades, managing programme, and ensuring all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements. I’m hands-on with site inspections, quality control, and working closely with subcontractors and project teams to sort out issues quickly and keep things on track.
A lot of our work is in live environments, so planning, communication, and the ability to adapt on the go are key. I like to keep things organised, straightforward, and running smoothly, making sure everyone knows what they’re doing and takes pride in the end result.
Outside of work, I like to keep busy and stay hands on. I’ve always enjoyed being part of a team and seeing a job come together properly. There’s nothing better than stepping back at the end of a project and knowing everyone’s put in the effort to get it right.
