This project for the Yarra Ranges Shire Council was for the construction of a new community sporting pavilion located at Don Road sporting complex in Healesville.
The building has a GFA of approximately 390sq.m which comprises of a meeting room, kitchen, male, female and accessible toilet, umpires rooms and three change rooms and amenities.
The building structure is a concrete slab that is supported on a 1.0m deep beam, steel structure incorporating a small amount of timber beams, composite roof cladding that is able to support large spans and core filled blockwork external walls.
