The Ducon team went over and above there construct only duties and assisted the client and their respective consultants through a range of design issues throughout the project. Naturally, the project was affected directly and indirectly by covid lock downs along with contaminated soil, asbestos, design oversights, lead times and material availability – however, the whole project group worked hard to deliver a fantastic build within the desired timeframe.
