Ducon’s experience with the Health sector made it possible to ensure all considerations had been made to enable the special use of this facility.
Ducon were able to provide a value for money solution for the practicality of a health care
facility. The design process was completely managed by Ducon to provide the outcome that is now in place. The project included;

• A robust design that complemented local existing architecture
• Consideration of essential services
• DDA compliance including ramp access and amenities
• Reception, clinical rooms, meeting rooms and public amenities

The project was delivered within the client’s budget and on time, to the satisfaction of the client.

As a result of this project, Ducon have completed numerous additional design and construct projects for Peninsula Health.
