Ducon were engaged as a construct only to complete the New Learning Centre at Koo Wee Rup Primary School.
The building was designed to have four (4) individual spaces with large sliding doors for functionality.
The build was undertaken during some trying Covid affected times and was completed in December of 2022. The final product boasted 7m high ceilings, acoustic attenuation, fully integrated hearing augmentation, heating/cooling, fully landscaped areas, new paths, front fence and decking/ramps/stairs. Whilst there were significant challenges face throughout this project with the whole industry hit by Covid delays, the clients and end-users were satisfied with the end outcome at the end of it all.
