Ross Wade

As a Senior Site Supervisor at Ducon, I manage all aspects of onsite delivery, from site establishment through to project completion. With over 30 years in the construction industry and more than 14 years at Ducon, I’ve worked across a wide range of projects in health, rail, government, defence, education, and emergency services.

A big part of my role is working closely with trades, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to keep sites running safely, efficiently, and to programme. I enjoy being hands-on, solving problems as they arise, and making sure everyone on site is working together toward the same outcome.

I’m a qualified carpenter and hold a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, along with industry accreditations including RIW, FRV, VICPOL, and Department of Defence passes. Over the years, this experience has given me a strong understanding of live environments and the importance of planning, communication, and attention to detail when delivering projects with minimal disruption.
