Ducon delivered a comprehensive façade upgrade for Block C, combining technical restoration with careful consideration of the building’s heritage and operational context. The works involved surface preparation, remediation of deteriorated elements, and the application of protective coatings to improve durability and weather resistance.

Structural enhancements and sealing works were also carried out to address ageing elements and extend the life of the façade. All works were planned and executed to the highest standards, with safety and efficiency front of mind.

Operating within an active and high-security site, Ducon worked in close collaboration with Academy stakeholders to ensure security measures were upheld and daily operations could continue without disruption.
