VSBA Ballam Park Primary School Toilet Facility Upgrade

Ducon undertook a full strip-out and rebuild of the existing amenities, transforming the spaces through a carefully sequenced program of demolition, structural works, and internal fit-out. The upgrade included complete plumbing and electrical system replacements, ventilation improvements, and the installation of new fixtures and finishes—all in line with VSBA specifications.

The team also addressed several latent conditions as they emerged during the build, including structural framing modifications, cladding rectification, and possum-proofing measures to prevent further damage to the building fabric.
