Ducon works inside hospitals, schools, stations and bases. The work is more constrained, more visible and more satisfying than building on an empty site, and it takes a particular kind of tradesperson and manager.

What we look for

People who ask what the client actually needs before the tools come out. A builder who comes from pumping out apartment blocks will find this frustrating. A builder who takes pride in leaving a site better than the work order asked for will not.
