Hospital and healthcare construction in VictoriaBuilt around care.

No cancelled lists. No infection control breach. No ward closed longer than we said.

What we hear on site

“Theatre is booked out three weeks ahead. The list comes first.”

Every job in this sector starts from a sentence like this.
What we build

Ward and administration refurbishment, clinical and allied health fitout, building services upgrades and façade remediation inside operating hospitals

Where

Inside operating hospitals across Victoria, and now in South Australia

How we control it

Infection prevention and control, Clinical service continuity, Access and separation

What we hear on site

“Theatre is booked out three weeks ahead. The list comes first.”

A hospital cannot decant a ward because a builder needs clear access. It cannot pause a theatre list because a wall has to come down. Clinical services set the program and everything else works around them, which is a completely different discipline to building on an empty site.

The four questions, answered for healthcare

Same four questions. Your answers.

The same four, on every job, asked in whatever order the conversation goes.

Your operations

What can't stop while we're here?

The ward stays open and the list starts at eight. We work to the bed, not the floor.

Your time

When can we actually be there?

Around theatre lists, shift change and visiting hours, including the nights nobody else wants.

Your budget

What are we working with?

Staged so beds come back in the order the hospital needs them, not the order that suits us.

Your standard

What does completed look like to you?

Infection control is the finish. ICRA, containment and pressure differentials agreed before we cut.

How we control it

Agreed before we mobilise.

Infection prevention and control

ICRA risk assessment before mobilisation. HEPA-filtered negative-pressure containment, pressure differential monitoring, risk-stratified access and sealed hoarding to the class the assessment requires.

Clinical service continuity

Works programmed around theatre lists, clinic sessions and admission patterns. Shutdowns booked with clinical leadership, not imposed on them.

Access and separation

Separate trade routes, controlled deliveries and no shared corridors between construction traffic and patient movement.

What success looks like here

Agreed up front, evidenced at the end.

No cancelled lists.
No infection control breach.
No ward closed longer than we said.

Northern Health Endoscopy, operating theatres rebuilt inside a fully operational hospital, with procedures continuing metres away.

We just wanted to say a big thank-you to you all and to your teams. The efforts that you all put in, working around the clock, to make Trauma 1 operational tonight have really been appreciated.
