Andrew Hennessy

As Sector Team Leader and Project Manager at Ducon, I lead the delivery of our Emergency Services and Commercial sectors, overseeing quoting, sales and project operations from start to finish. With over 15 years in the industry and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Built Environment) in Construction Management and Economics, I work across all stages of a project, from early planning and pricing through to delivery and handover, making sure everything is aligned and running as it should.

A big part of my role is supporting the team, coordinating subcontractors and keeping projects on track, particularly in live and operational environments where planning and communication are critical. I take a practical approach to problem solving, managing risk and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

My qualifications in Building Surveying and Landscape Construction support a well rounded understanding of the full construction process. Working across sectors including health, education, emergency services and government, I focus on delivering consistent outcomes for both our clients and our team.
