Reactive Maintenance Manager
As Rail Sector Team Leader and Project Manager at Ducon, I lead the delivery of rail projects while also supporting estimating and contributing to the broader leadership team. With over 25 years in the construction industry, including extensive experience in rail, I bring a practical understanding of how to manage projects from planning through to delivery.
My role involves coordinating teams, working closely with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and budget. I’m also involved in supporting the estimating team, helping ensure projects are well scoped and set up correctly from the outset.
Having worked across sectors including rail, education, defence, government, and health, I bring a flexible, hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery, with a focus on keeping things simple and getting the job done right.
I like to keep things light where I can. I’ve got plenty of dad jokes ready to go and don’t mind testing them out on the team. Safe to say they don’t always land, but I’ll keep trying.
