Daniel Di Domenico

As General Manager at Ducon, I lead the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on client outcomes. With over 23 years in the construction industry, I combine a strong technical foundation in construction management and building surveying with extensive experience delivering projects in live, operational environments. I am also a Registered Building Practitioner, which supports a practical, compliant, and risk-aware approach to delivery.

I work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and our internal teams to keep projects aligned from the outset. My role spans from pre-construction through to completion, with a focus on programme, buildability, cost, and compliance to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

I am particularly focused on early planning, design coordination, and problem-solving, making sure risks are identified and managed before they impact delivery. Just as important is creating clarity across the team, setting direction, and supporting people to perform at a high level.
