Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager at Ducon, I deliver projects across health, education, and large-scale commercial sectors, leading teams from early planning through to completion. With over 19 years in the construction industry, I bring a hands-on understanding of how projects are actually built, supported by my background as an A Grade electrician and formal training in project management.
I work closely with clients, consultants, and delivery teams to manage programme, cost, and quality, while keeping communication clear and consistent throughout. A big part of my role is coordinating stakeholders and managing risk, particularly in live environments where planning and flexibility are critical.
My experience across both trade and project management roles allows me to set realistic programmes, anticipate challenges early, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time playing and writing music. It’s something I’ve always enjoyed and a good way to switch off. I recently had my 80 year old piano brought down to Melbourne, which now sits proudly in my living room and gets plenty of use.
