HSEQ Manager
As HSEQ Manager at Ducon, I support the business in managing health, safety, environmental, and quality performance across all projects. With over 35 years in the industry, I bring a depth of experience across construction, infrastructure, and large-scale developments, helping ensure our systems, processes, and on-site practices meet both compliance requirements and practical delivery needs.
My role involves working closely with project teams to embed a strong safety culture, support risk management, and ensure projects are delivered in line with regulatory and company standards. I also draw on my experience in HSE management and third-party auditing to provide guidance, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain consistent performance across all sectors.
Having worked on major projects ranging from social housing developments through to large infrastructure upgrades, I focus on keeping things practical, clear, and effective, supporting teams to deliver safely while maintaining quality outcomes.
Earlier in my life, I had the opportunity to be coached by Ron Barassi, something that has always stayed with me. It taught me a lot about discipline, leadership and teamwork, values I still carry into my work today.
