Reactive Maintenance Manager
As Reactive Maintenance Manager at Ducon, I oversee the delivery of reactive and minor works across a range of sectors, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. I manage our internal team and subcontractors, coordinating day-to-day works and making sure we can respond quickly to client needs.
Working across health, rail, government, commercial, and emergency services, I support clients including Alfred Health, Eastern Health, Metro, Goodman, and local councils. The role is fast-paced, so a big part of what I do is planning ahead, solving problems as they arise, and keeping everything moving.
With a Diploma of Construction Management, I bring a practical approach to managing works and supporting the team to deliver consistent, reliable outcomes.
Originally from Ireland, I bring a practical, down to earth approach to my work. I enjoy being part of a team and like the fast pace of the role, there’s always something happening and no two days really look the same.
