Michael oversees every financial aspect of the business, profitability, cash flow and financial performance, and works with leadership on strategic planning, forecasting and performance analysis. Rather than traditional accounting, his focus is connecting financial data to real project outcomes so decisions line up with what is actually happening on the ground. The objective is clarity on where the business stands, and commercial discipline across projects.

Outside work, Michael waterskis, boats and camps. He has travelled widely, Antarctica being the one that stuck.
