Working closely with the leadership team, I contribute to strategic planning, financial forecasting, and performance analysis across all sectors, including health, rail, government, defence, commercial, and education. Rather than taking a purely traditional accounting approach, I focus on understanding how the numbers translate to real project outcomes, ensuring financial decisions align with how the business actually operates on the ground.
