Peter Mason

Managing Director

As Director, Peter oversees business development, project delivery and operational systems across both construction and maintenance. In the industry since 1986, he focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client partnerships and enabling teams to deliver consistently. He works with project teams to set direction, work through obstacles and keep projects aligned to program, budget and client expectations. Mentoring staff and finding practical, buildable solutions draws directly on his carpentry and construction background, and his approach is collaborative, transparent and client-focused across every sector.
